In the stage of defining the site's concept we work with you to fully understand

• Based on these factors, we establish the objectives of your website and ways to measure satisfaction. These are set in accordance with the budget and time allocated. With this data as a starting point, we develop our vision and present you with our concept of objectives, budget and execution time, along with three different designs for you to choose from.
  
  

2. Accomplishing satisfaction

Once you have chosen a design model, we begin the implementation process. During this process you will

• receive constant updates on the progress of your website
• be able to provide us with feedback and suggestions every step along the way
• communicate with us via ClientArea, an application we have developed in order to ease your access to the intermediate stages of your website
• The developing process can take between one and eight weeks, depending on the complexity of the project and the artistic involvement it demands. When the website is finalized and you are satisfied with the outcome, we place it on the Internet at a previously established address and it can then be accessed by any of the millions of Internet users.

3. Maintaining satisfaction

DIFF offers you two options for managing the future updates of your website:

• For updating simple elements of the website, such as its text and images, we recommend DIFFmanager, an accessible, easy-to-use application that will give you full control over the basic content of your website
• For frequent actualizations based on customer feedback or for complex changes to your website, DIFF gives you the option of a maintenance subscription that will free you of the hassle of monitoring these updates and will offer you the chance to place these in the hands of our professionals.
